Life Mimics AP Art History

Students in Becky Johnson’s AP Art History class have been getting into the classics!  One of the big questions of AP Art History is “How does the study of Art speak to us across time & region?  As part of their recent study of ancient Greece and the spread of Greek culture, the class experimented with Togas and classic architecture. “This week we are studying not only the development of an emotional Hellenistic style, but also exploring how the styles of the Greek culture
spread across other Mediterranean and Near East Cultures.”
