Even though tomorrow is the first day of Winter, it was still a good day for sailing as Prep Academy students held their annual cardboard boat races. The 100 Prep Academy representing each DMPS middle school participate in the team-building event. Congratulations to the Yehet Squad, an all-female team of maritime engineers on winning this year’s cardboard boat crown. Click the photo at left to see more.

Academy teachers: Schoneberg, Snyder, Larson, and Davitt, are attending the IB Diploma Programme teacher training in St. Pete’s Beach, Florida this week.  They are learning important updates to IB curricula and honing their skills as IB instructors!
