Anne has been with Central Academy since 2007, teaching almost all science courses offered to 8th and 9th graders and beyond. She received her BS from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Masters of Education from Doane College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Gifted and Talented Endorsement from Viterbo University. Prior to joining the Academy staff, Anne taught at Crete High School in Lincoln, Nebraska, instructing Biology, Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics and Environmental Science. Anne serves on several district committees and is a Professional Learning Community lead and department chair for the science department.
Brad Jacobson has been with Central Academy since 2016, teaching 8th grade Conceptual Physics, AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, and AP Physics C: Mechanics and E&M. He received his BA in Physics from Drake University and his Masters of Arts and Teaching from Drake University. Prior to joining the Academy staff, Brad taught Chemistry, Physics, and AP Physics C: Mechanics at Johnston High School.

Scott has been with Central Academy since 1988, teaching courses involving all aspects of science and computer science. He completed his undergraduate work at Iowa State and graduate work at the University of Iowa. Scott has been named Science Teacher of the Year by the Iowa Academy of Science. He is the Iowa Academy of Science Earth Science Chair, the Datastreme Instructor for the American Meteorological Society and the Iowa Representative for the National Earth Science Association of Teachers.
