2-Hour Late Start, Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020
Because of the weather, DMPS has delayed the start of school for 2-hours on Thursday, February 13. So, comprehensive high schools, which normally start at 8:25 will start at 10:25. Middle schools start at 10:30.
Central Academy and Central Campus will also have a late start. Periods 1 through 3 are cancelled.
There will be NO Eighth Grade Academy classes.
Prep Academy (7th grade) will meet at their normal times.
All other classes will run at their normal Thursday times.
High School students who attend period 5 at Central will have to leave their home school at 10:55 to catch the bus and eat at Central.
Bus schedules between Central and the comprehensive schools will be adjusted, too.
