Congratulations Gabe Mintzer!

Great news!  Central Academy mathematician Gabriel Mintzer, ’17, has qualified for the USAMO (United States of America Mathematics Examination).  This places Gabe in approximately the top 250 high school mathematicians in the country – for the second consecutive year.  Last year, Gabe narrowly missed qualifying for the 30 person summer training camp from which the 6-person U.S. team is chosen for participation in the International Mathematical Olympiad.

Wish Gabe luck as he prepares for nine hours of testing spread out over April 19 and 20.
