DMPS Students Host the Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting

DSCN2084 (2)Congratulations to Sophomore, Maya Miller, and Senior, Ned Turner for hosting the Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting.  Ned, a leader at Roosevelt High School, has earned the Rank of Eagle Scout.  Maya is completing her Gold Award with her Read to Lead program at Hubble Elementary.  The Governor commended Maya’s project as a model for a state program he would like to see implemented this summer.
