Parent Academy Tuesday Night

Parents!  Our First Parent Academy meeting is Tuesday, September 22 from 6 – 7 PM.  Parents choose which of the three presentations to attend.  Each presentation will be repeated at 6:00 and 6:30.

The Presentations are:

Work Load Over Load, Stephanie Davis, GT consultant will discuss the supports Academy offers to new students acclimating to accelerated and compacted curricula and what parents can do to help in room 1013.

Preparing for IB Diploma Programme, Isaac Pedelty, IB DP Coordinator, will discuss how the Diploma Programme is different from the MYP in middle schools and how to prepare to take advantage of this awesome opportunity in room 1007.

State of School Address, Jessica Gogerty, Director of Central Academy will present Academy’s Program Improvement Plan for 2015-16 in the Main Lobby.
